Stress or anxiety can be a common complaint when trying to achieve a work/life balance and most people encounter it at some point. When stress or anxiety reaches a stage where it is overwhelming us or reaches a point where we are not coping well and our quality of life deteriorates then this excess or prolonged stress or anxiety can lead to illness, physical and emotional exhaustion, increased anxiety or even panic attacks.
When you come under excessive pressure from your home, work or social factors, you will tend to respond with either anxiety, anger or depression or a combination of all three.
