How many sessions do I need?

This varies from person to person and depends on your symptoms and your personal circumstances. However, here is a general guide (not including the Initial Consultation):

Easing Stress and Anxiety: 10 sessions

Insomnia and Hypersomnia: 10 sessions

Depression: 12 sessions

Confidence and Motivation issues: 8 sessions

Fears and Phobias: 3 sessions

Weight Management: 8 sessions

Anger Management: 8 sessions

IBS and Nervous Conditions: 10 sessions

Smoking Cessation : 1 session (2hr Double session)
