I am a Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Relaxation Specialist.
I am passionate about supporting mental health issues in the workplace. Whilst many organisations are now recognising the importance of managing stress and anxiety, I believe we can be doing more to prevent mental ill health in the first place.
I work with individuals, groups and organisations who want to move forward in their lives and improve their physical, mental health and well being.
I passionately believe that each person holds within them the ability to achieve happiness and success; my role is simply to help that person unlock it, and leave behind anything that does not work towards their goals.
Working with the unconscious mind is very much a collaborative approach. It is teamwork. Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Relaxation techniques assists you make those lasting changes in a way that works for you.
I look at what YOU want to achieve, rather than on the problem(s) that prompted you to seek change.
