Easing Anxiety and Stress

Stress or anxiety can be a common complaint when trying to achieve a work/life balance and most people encounter it at some point. When stress or anxiety reaches a stage where it is overwhelming, we are not coping well or our quality of life deteriorates, then this excessive or prolonged stress or anxiety can lead to illness, physical and emotional exhaustion, increased anxiety or even panic attacks.

When you come under too much pressure from home, work or social factors, you will tend to respond with either anxiety, anger or depression, or a combination of all three.

Around 12 million adults see their GPs with mental health problems each year – most of these suffer from anxiety and depression, and much of this is stress related.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help us cope in many different situations in a calm and confident manner. It can be aided by using self-hypnosis techniques and/or a relaxation mp3 which helps to reinforce the calm state experienced during the hypnotherapy session.
